Anzymite is a type of zeolite, with the predominant mineral being clinoptilolite. Clinoptilolite zeolite is among the few zeolites suitable for use in livestock, poultry, and aquaculture feeds.

It should be emphasized that not every type of zeolite can be used in livestock, poultry, aquaculture, and agriculture feeds. In fact, the percentage of clinoptilolite in zeolite must be higher than 85%, and Anzymite benefits from this advantage. In this product, the levels of harmful elements such as lead, cadmium, and mercury must meet the standard limits. One crucial aspect in recommending Anzymite is that it complies with all the aforementioned criteria.

Only the zeolite from Afrand Tooska Company possesses the technical approval and production license from the National Veterinary Organization. And all other miscellaneous zeolites in the market are without a permit and approval from the National Veterinary Organization, and their consumption can even cause irreparable harm.

Extraction, Processing, and Packaging of Anzymite:

After identifying suitable veins of clinoptilolite based on purity, extraction should be initiated, and prior to operational extraction, essential processes such as removing overburden from the mine’s surface are necessary.

Since surface layers might be contaminated with heavy metals and impurities, deep extraction is then performed using dynamite blasting.

In the end, following suitable classification based on usage, proper packaging should be carried out using laminated-coated bags.

In conclusion, the use of Anzymite offers the following advantages:

The use of Anzymite provides the following benefits: Reduction of harmful gases Improvement of respiratory air quality Decrease in bedding moisture level Resolution of issues arising from mold-contaminated and mycotoxin-infested raw materials Removal of heavy metals Facilitation of maximum absorption of beneficial nutrients and energy in feed Absorption of heavy metal elements in water and prevention of fungal toxicity Reduction of unabsorbed food waste in excrement Enhancement of feed-to-meat conversion ratio in poultry, livestock, and aquaculture Reduction of fecal moisture and subsequent bedding moisture reduction, preventing disturbances in the coccidiosis cycle Regulation of eggshell quality Lowering the overall product cost Decrease in ammonia concentration and increase in oxygen capacity in aquaculture ponds.
